1. What are the packaging options available? 

The charms and bracelets delivered to you will be well-packed in our signature gift boxes. They are diamond shaped and ideal for gift giving. This is to ensure that your jewellery will arrive safely to you. The bracelets and charms can also be delivered in drawstring pouches when purchased in bulk.

 

2. What is Valentina’s return policy?  

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in its original state (This includes the gift box/drawstring pouch) within 15 days of purchase. If opened and found faulty you have 7 days to inform us via email including photos or videos of the fault. If the item arrived broken, then this must be reported within 12hrs.

 

3. Does Valentina take bulk orders?  

Yes, we are capable of accommodating bulk orders. We have a Bulk Order form under our Main Menu through which an inquiry could be sent to us or email your requirement to help@valentinacharms.com and we will get back to you at our earliest. Bulk orders are highly recommended for Corporate Events and giveaways for extra-special events such as Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, and Birthdays etc.

 

4. How often can we expect additions and new collections of charms? 

Additions to our collection can be anticipated every 3 months. We are currently working on other metals for bracelets and a whole new range of charms which we believe will enhance and upgrade your jewellery collection.

 

5. Charm care details?  

Charms and Bracelets should be stored in a clean/dry container. Avoid the use of chlorine, detergent & perfume. We provide you with polishing cloths to keep your charms always shine and bright. This polishing cloth is a must have for any jewellery lover and makes the perfect addition to any gift.

 

6. How often should I polish the charms? 

You may have to polish your charms every 2-3 months; it will help to maintain their beautiful state. The Polishing cloth however may not remove any scratches. Hence, it is important to protect your jewellery.

 

7. Can I get an item repaired? 

Valentina Charms offer repair service at an additional cost. This includes replacing clasps, fixing clasps, soldering work, re-threading of charms, tightening clips and clasps.

 

8. What payment methods does Valentina accept?   

Currently ValentinaCharms.com support Paypal, Debit and Credit Card payments. However, all Valentina Charms jewellery can be purchased via www.funusual.store too.

 

9. Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?  

We can provide a personalized gift message to your loved ones. This will be handled case-by-case and would prefer if an email or an Instagram DM can be sent to us in prior with your requirement.
